i know i promised some learning points. hahas. so here i goes!

one. sacrifical. leaders are people who think of 'them' first. not 'me'. like timo. hahas. think he's great larr. allowing us to 'bully' him yet he still keep quiet. hahas. read his blog. and he said something like this. 'everyone happy can ler.' hahas.

two. dont look down on people when you are high up on the sky. this one, i have no example. hahas. but still, i think it's quite true larr. i meant, a great leader is someone who makes his follower respect him, not afraid of him.

three. work hard. play hard. hahas. this is learnt from campfire. hahas. everyone was totally shocked by sirs performance. wahahahs. so weiwen sir say this sentence lorr. and true. for something to work well, you need to work hard. but for something to work great, you need to play hard too.
