YAY!!! KRANJI CORP DID IT YESTERDAY!!!!
yesterday was the BIG day which KRANJI SAINT JOHN AMBULANCE BRIDAGE make a name for themselves. *proudly grinning*. great jobs FAC teams! [:
woke up at 6 plus. need to reach school at 8am for a last crash course. well, practically the WHOLE competiting teams were down. everyone was clinching every second to do something. and of course, we did some footdrill and home nursing. threw first aid aside and not touching it except me and rashidah, happily bandaging yanrong up. [: hoho.
and my dear commander CHRISTINE is so nice. well, she treated us lunch. awwws. [: and time seriously pass so fast. just did a case, some wound dressing and tying, times here. and we are off to change to full u.
and after head counting, everyone boarded the bus carefully, not to crease our uniform or destroy our boots. XD. and soon, we reached the headquarter. did a last minute uniform check and went to fall in.
-Uniform check-
hot sun. burning boots. hurting legs. lols. that's all for our uniform check. and the shining boots were blurred. all thanks to the hot sun. >.<
-First Aid Case-
went into the waiting room. ahhh. nice and cooling. and waited for our station. and we were spot on for first aid. oh my gawd. something i hate most lor. cause i know i cant survive through my signs and symptom. heart was palpilating real hard. case was oh my gawd. clueless. but still, managed to do something out. lols. well, my casualty is a nice guy. at least he didnt scream. if hedoes, i think i will just freak out. so thank goodness he didnt do anything bad. [:
-Footdrill-
next was footdrill, the section i was quite pleased with myself. well, at least i think i do it alright. [: and although we gabra once, we still managed to catch up the timing and continue our seqeuence. *claps* and well done to amelia and christine for both their timing and loud commanding respectively. [:
-Home Nursing-
home nursing was last. something that's the most relax. well, at least you can smile and talk and discuss. lols. not that stressful. no need to do my blood pressure. but was thankful for that. cause the patient was an elderly. and i didnt remember the ranging. so phew. overall was ohkay. we talk alot. [:
-Waiting Room-
waiting room is the worst. although we could be in the aircon room, and rest. but it's so torturing can? the sir is practically threatenin us and forbading noises. ahhs. he even threatened to disqualified the noisest side. which means either ambulance team stays or nursing team stays. so bad. but it still works though.
time past slowly and finally the results were out. wasnt expecting much from our corp. but WE DID IT!!!
SOKTING clinched BEST LEADER.
WEITING clinched BEST CPR.
RACHEL TEAM clinched OVERALL SECOND and HOME NURSING SECOND.
MY DARLING TEAM clinched FOOTDRILL SECOND and HOME NURSING THIRD.
although my team might not have clinched overall, but heys. we managed to get OVERALL FOURTH. OVERALL CPR FOURTH and OVERALL LEADERSHIP FIFTH. *claps claps*
great job done everyone!!! and can you know how high and happy everyone were? everyone was practically grinning from ear to ear! hoho. we are just so happy. we could be counted as one of the most awarded corp!! YAY!! and me, amelia and simin was practically pulling the teams with prize to go screaming and jumping with us. LOL. and everyone boarded the bus happily. we were screaming and cheering on the bus. well, you cant expect us to be quiet. *grins* and ms tan and ms vanita gave us a cute little star as an appreciation and congratulation. everyone was high on the bus. and we reached school at around 8 plus. had photo-taking and went changing. after everything ended was already 8.45. went to have a mini-celebration at kfc. and once again, we were noisy. reached home at about 10.
today had maths. my engine just couldnt start working. i even forgotten what is 4+6. lols. that's so oh my gawd. had a 2 and 1/2 hr break. the longest break i ever had. and we went lot 1 or lunch. early lunch. after maths went for dental. and dental say i could take off my darling braces soon!! YAY!! [:
